Richard Rogers

Richard is an attorney who concentrates his practice on real estate development, especially projects utilizing historic, brownfield, or new market tax credits, or opportunity zone incentives. He has a strong interest in land-use and municipal law, especially using conservation to fight suburban sprawl. Richard has an M.U.P. and is also Principal at Urban Vantage, an urban planning and economic development consulting firm and a co-founder of Common Owner, a funding portal democratizing development and investment opportunities.

Zachary Zabawa

Zachary Zabawa

Zachary is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia (2013) and Duquesne University School of Law (2017). He was admitted to practice law in New York in 2018. He previously managed a regional Social Security Disability practice, through which he assisted hundreds of disabled claimants and appellants and presented as an expert at national trade conferences. Zachary is passionate about improving the Buffalo community, and he joined Yots Law Firm in 2022 to pursue a practice involving economic development and historic preservation law. Zachary is a native of West Seneca, NY and currently lives in Buffalo, NY.
