The Hive @ 155 project involved rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of 2 historic buildings in downtown Rochester’s St.Paul Quarter. The project converted 39,000 square feet into a mixed-use facility with 54 loft-apartment units and 6,000 square feet of commercial space.
